Practice Committee
The Practice Committee reviews promising and evidence-based practices for implementing HEAL interventions in schools, health care practices, worksites, cities, towns, and other settings where New Hampshire residents live, learn, work and play. The committee assists with developing a technical assistance framework, including guidance from "HEAL Home" representatives and links to specific tools and resources for implementing HEAL interventions.
