Community Overview:

The Caring Community Network of the Twin Rivers is a coalition of local residents and agency representatives centrally located in Franklin. The Twin Rivers region is a rural, sparsely populated region of over 34,000 people nestled in Central New Hampshire on the western border of the Lakes Region.

Vision:

What began in 1996 as a group of service providers getting together to discuss common problems in the Twin Rivers region has become a strong and influential Public Health network of agencies, committees, and community activists that have made some remarkable changes in this region. The mission of the network has been to serve the region by working to address the problems that exist and to develop plans to reduce the impact of these problems in our community.
