The HEAL Action Plan for New Hampshire 2008 is a blueprint to guide statewide efforts to increase healthy eating and active living in New Hampshire. The plan is the result of the collaborative efforts of over 200 individuals from more than 45 organizations committed to the improved health and quality of life of NH citizens.
